Jim,

there is nothing at all distinct about Proyects stuff. And your
interpretation
is the classical Stalinist stage theory which leads directly to the dead end
political capitulation of these fakers to a so called "progressive" wing of
the Peruvian bourgeoisie.

This theory was dead in China already in the 1920s where the Chinese line
lead to the slaughter of the Shang Hai proletariat under the block of four
classes..

Trying to re-incarnate this stuff in Peru is ridiculous and extremely
dangerous for the Peruvian proletariat which is the only class in Peru which
will be able to take on the Peruvian ruling class..

In fact not even deformed workers states along these lines can any longer be
even thought as viable with the destruction of the Soviet Union which was
the pre-condition that these states even exist today..

Stalinism and its stage theories is as dead as the Soviet Union not only in
theory but in practice...
