OK I can buy this..But this still doesn't make the point that women have 
their own interests in defending their men against the bosses..

Well this is complicated. Support when we are going in the same direction 
yes. But not if we are going in the wrong direction. The union I belong to 
is 80% women. But their are some real problems with the politics of both the 
union and the women organized in this field. 

For example women taking social responsibility and imposing capitalist 
austerity on the public sector by helping the bosses cut and down size..When 
I say for example "Close the hospital down!" and "Let them die!" in the 
struggle against women being thrown out on the streets--they have this 
inbred motherly instinct to buy the bosses whitewash of social responsibility ..

Any man would in industry shut it down to defend their class interests.
