I would put it in as my point 3, as it follows naturally from my point 2. 3) It is necessary to relieve families, particularly women, of harmful social burdens related to sexuality and having children. This means that to remove fear and anxiety in relation to sex, young people must be guaranteed privacy, space and a degree of financial independence, and society must provide advice and support for young people, including free provision of condoms.
