Subject: M-TH: Channel 4 apologises for Living Marxism blunder


UK's Ch 4 TV has been forced to apologise for its worst ever
broadcasting bungle, the decision to show LM's crazed 'Against
Nature' show last year, in which cuddly FoE spokeswomen were
likened to Goering and Hitler and global warming denialists were
given five minutes of fame.

It's a massive climbdown which has knocked big chunks off Channel
4's footsie price. The LM-inspired show, which featured guru Frank
Furedi interviewed against tastefully overlit backdrops, produced 
outrage throughout British politics from the
left even to embarrassed rightwing backers of LM.
