This was a bit strong, and I suppose it could be taken as insulting to Charles by implication. It was provoked by the double lightheadedness of Charles's apparent insult to Justin's legal capacity and boosting of his own together with an apparently total disregard for language. If there was ironic intent on Charles's part it was unclear -- this list requires so much explicitness in matters of irony that it's hardly worth bothering to use it.
