Subject: M-TH: Out of the ashes of Jefferson Village..


I apoligize for posting this reply to Vlad on M-G to thaxis . However being 
that and extremely vital issue is being raised here in regards to all of the 
new lists being set up including thaxis under the great work and auspices oh 
Han Ekbar---I think that this issue must be discussed here..The issue now 
appears to be raising to a principle the right to use the FBI and CIA to 
help police the lists which Vlad now argues should be the case on the new 
list serve.

I declare on principle that if this is going to be the case then it will 
mean war. Because there is no way serious "marxists" can argue this to be a 
"sound idea"
for the new lists being prepared. I do not want a flame war about what has 
happened in the past. But I do want clarity on this issue for the future.

What Proyect "I am ringing the FBI and CIA this weekend" did was to invite 
the deadly enemies of the proletariat everywhere to clean up the list at 
best! And just think of the ansurd and completely insane arguement Proyect 
and now Vlad say here..Asking the FBI and CIA "hands on you hearts guys, are 
you spying on us?". is so sick and so dangerous to all poor and working 
class people and those claiming to fight in their interests..

And you are calling for the same thing on the new lists. Well, if you do, 
this will mean war! Because unlike Proyect and Vlad the Stalinist-- 
Communists realize that taking such action is class treason of the worst 
sort..And on principle will struggle to smash any attempts to bring the cops 
and courts in here..This is not negoiatble. No cops and courts on the lists 
to police these lists. The class line goes there jyust like any picket line..

In fact Vlad who is shipping out appeals these days from Kazak and leaders 
like Ismailov who was thrown in jail for his pro working class activities is 
probably just with the help of these charming organizations he now along 
with Proyect think are a service to the lists and the workers movement..

It is a well known fact that American influence in Kazakstan in order to 
create pro American buffer states to Russia is a fact..This new turn by Vlad 
means another retreat into the Stalinist school of class betrayal and treason..

And he is both welcome to join Proyect and his cop FBI friends on any wish 
he chooses. But on the new lists that are now being set up I will 
immediately go all over the net and oppose this new policy on principal!

NO to the FBI and CIA in the workers movement or on any "Marxist" lists!

Historically the Stalinists have ALWAYS relied on the bourgeois state and 
its agencies to do their dirty wiork against foremost any  oposition to 
them. In Spain the Stalinists set up both Anarchists and Trotskyists..In 
Vietnam the Trotskyists. In Germany the Social Democrats and the Trotskyists.

All of this coming on orders from Moscow. Today these traitors rely on the 
same old anti-communist tactics of using the deadly enemies of the 
proletariat not against right wing wackos supposedly "destroying" the lists. 
In fact the FBI and CIA could care less about these Stalinists inventions. 
What they are after are the real communists, militant worekers like Ismailov 
in Kazak, the leaders of the Wharfies in Australia, or Liver poole dockworkers..

And now Vlad the Stalinist wants to raise Proyect's complete betrayal of any 
kind of principles on this question as the norm for the new lists. I demand 
that Hans and others forming the new lists take a clear open position on 
this stuff now before we take one step futher!

Will the FBI, CIA or any other police agencies Internationally be allowed to 
police the future lists that are now taking form out of the ashes of 
Jefferson Village. This is a highly important in fact vital question to all 
on the lists.

I am quite sure the state agencies in America as elsewhere are far more 
interested in the activities of let us say the those behind the exchange of 
all information about workers struggles. Black intellectuals who could be a 
threat to their rule. Women and youth entering the lists with their 
militance and vitality albeit politically confused and not in the least 
trade unionists and militant workers and in the future people in third world 
countries entering these lists.

So what Proyect did is one of the greatest crimes there is against poor and 
working class IRREGARDLESS of the excuse abot "freedom of onformation act" 
and Vlad now raising this to a principle for future lists is far worse..

No to cop and state agencies of any kind in the workers movement. 

No to the Stalinist school of class treason!
