Yes I would. If it was justified for access by third world and poor 
subscribers not being able to afford massive postings which tend to come in 
flame wars that develop.. I have no opposition to this. What I do oppose is 
the fake majority rule now being primed out here as something profound.

When it comes to and open list for ALL. This is not negotiable by the 
present "majority" on any list..
