Subject: Help: Nietzsche quote

In yesterday's N.Y.Times, there was an article on the rehabilitation of
Nietzsche in his home town Rocken. The following statement appeared in the
article (by Ferdinand Protzman):
"Nietzsche had been an advocate of individual freedom, writing "the
surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those
who think alike than those who think differently," and "the Teutonic
Deutschland uber Alles is the stupidest slogan ever devised in the world." But
through his sister's efforts, he became the tool of a heinous mass movement."
-- Can anyone tell me where the citation about corrupting the youth cabe found? (Is there a Nietzache
-- By the way, do we all agree with this position?
