Re the references on the LTV. Meek's 1956 _Studies..._ was recommended.
The 2nd edition (1973) includes a preface and an afterword with
extensive revisions to Meek's 1953 position (and consideration of
the Sraffian critique of Marx) which should not be neglected.

"In my more heretical moods, I sometimes wonder whether much of real
importance would be lost from the Marxian system if the
quantitative side of the analysis of relative prices were
conducted in something like the traditional supply and demand
apparatus-*provided* that the socio-economic
relationships emphasised by Marx were fully recognised ... and
... postulated as lying behind the supply and demand schedules
themselves." (p. 311.)
