Tom,

Thanks for a very enjoyable and informative post on Friday, and
for coming back with a bit more and a rethink about Morris's prints.

His designs perhaps are rather too large in their basic pattern to be
successful as wall paper in normal size rooms, but his prints for 
fabrics are regarded in England as excellent, and the style setters 
manage completely to overlook his socialism ....
