All those concerned with political affairs are invited, as well as those involved in the sphere of human and other rights as well as to those dealing with political and economic affairs, theory and philosophy. Anyone can attend the Seminar whether they agree with communism of not, so long as they register and stick to the topics under discussion with no attacks of a personal nature and stick to the time limits announced. Those interested in presenting papers must submit abstracts beforehand. o communist or left-leaning person can afford to miss the International Seminar, no matter which organization he or she belongs to at this time or belonged to in the past or what stands they take today or took in the past. The times demand that today all communists and left-leaning persons and organization must march together in order to create a better future w it communism.
