Apparently these fairly annoying receipt messages which have been coming 
to the marxism list come from a specific feature of the Pegasus mailer.  

I am about to forward 3 messages to the list which explain how to 
disenable this feature, and if you use a Pegasus mailer, *please* read 
them and follow their instructions.
