Haha, all is going according to plan!  I am drawing Rakesh slowly but 
steadily into the swirling vortex of bourgeois liberal abstract atomistic 
rational nontuistic ahistorical maximizing empty formal rights-centered 
individualism.  And other bad things.

Thanks for the references.  I'll see if I can lay hands on the books and 
read them in my copious free time.  An dI'll get back to the thread after
