No, no, Louis.  You're thinking about the punk from Journal of Desire Armed.

Utica was that young high-school economics teacher who couldn't understand
why everyone at the meetings was giving him such a hard time about his
defense of Heilbroner and Samuelson.  ("I'm teaching these kids *how* to
think, not *what* to think!  You democracy-hating dogmatists are all alike!")
