Today's Challenges to the U.S. Constitution

The current right-wing strategy to build a mass base of
support to undermine and even abandon important elements of
the U.S. Constitution raises critical issues for progressives
today. This seminar with noted Constitutional lawyer Arthur
Kinoy will provide a basic overview of the history and main
features of the Constitution and discuss what approaches the
left can take to safeguard fundamental human and civil rights.
