Why do people keep utting quotes around Carlos's name? I've known him
for almost 13 years. I've worked with him and against him. He had, for
a time, organized a political party in the LA area with close to a hundred
members, all working class, and was a large tendency in the California
Peace & Freedom Party. His group, the IWP, was sort of "relaucned" last
year. I have my differences with him but he is who he says he is.
