Osa, you sound something like a wannabe junior policeman type yourself.  What
did Quispe (if in fact it was Quispe) mean when he/she said "take care of".
 Didn't your instructor tell you about the doctrine of mens rea when you
applied for johnny-junior policeman's badge?  Or are you just stirring
(expletive deleted)?
