I am not prepared to censor myself from criticising Jerry if and when
I choose, at a time I choose, (if I bother to choose), because of 
threats by Jerry to start a flame war. If he starts a flame war 
it is his credibility that is on the line and he can 
accept the consequences to his credibility.

What "threat"? Read what you excerpted above (and that part which you 
snipped) -- this time CAREFULLY. 

You could have got the message and ceased your "foul innuendos." Yet you 
persist. Who is provoking a flame war now?

I won't say anything about your credibility at this time since (although, 
an honest representation of my perspective which I would be prepared to 
document) it would not help matters.

Again, I believe that Chris has shown why he should not be moderator.
