    Ussually, he was never prepared to discuss anything. He was pretty
    backward, indeed.

    But, I will say this, from 1987 until now was no revolutionary      
    situation in Argentina at any moment.  We may argue about the       
    period 1984-86 (I think it wasn't either except for a brief
    period of time in 1983) but that's another discussion
