That's the basic law of dialectics: the unity of opposites:
without struggle there can be no unity; without practice
there can be no theory. Those who stop the rain
will never have flowers; those who fear chaos will
never achieve order; those who fear debate will never
reach understanding, and those who fear the 
revolutionary fury of the masses will never see a 
better world--because without destroying the old,
you cannot construct the new!
