    In my book, 11% is *extremely significant*.  If we extrapolate this
    figure into real societal activitites and influences, if we find    
    out that, let's say, Buchanan have 10-15% of support in the general
    population for his policies then ..... this is *mass* support.

    I always was very skeptical of the American pollsters who dismiss
    anything political that is below 40% -- they ussually refer to      
    these pehomenoa as peripheral or fringe -- I disagree.  A movement
    in the US with 10-15% of support (maybe more) with the ideas of
    Buchanism is *extremely dangerous and serious*.  Don't you think?
