> The PCP unites with other forces in the fight against the IMF policies in 
  Peru (e.g., privatizations, wages, etc.) but they point out that is not 
  the end of the struggle (I mean reforms or rights) but these struggles for 
  reforms should serve the Conquest of Power. The PCP support most of the
  demands of the masses and build political fronts. It has bases in most
  workers and State employee unions but do not have the leadership of the
  unions for obvious reasons of political repression. The fronts are there.
  Even with some religious groups on specific conquests for the people.
