So, Louis,  isn't the Maine Militia at best the exception that proves the rule?
I have only read reviews of the Southern Poverty Law Center's report, which
Scott Marshall mentioned that he read.  And while some have objected to
their method of investigation (though it probably says a lot that they have
had to do what the government in so many other cases seems all so willing
to do), I would interested in what they have actually found.
