Subject: Waco and Move Bombing. Kent State and Jackson State

This point occurred to me as I was browsing through a recent message
on rights and the militia etc.

I agree that Marxists should denounce such uses of state power as
the atrocity at Waco.

But just as we always encounter 10 references to Kent State for
every single reference to Jackson State (and zero to several other
atrocities at black colleges in the south during the 60s), so now
(even on the left) we seem to be encountering 10+ references to
Waco for every reference to the Move bombing (I would not count
references in the context of the Mumia defense, where they seem
unavoidable).

There really is a white blind spot on the white left, as we
must keep reminding ourselves.

    Carrol
