	My God man!  You've got it!   Olaechea is not Olaechea at all.  He is
a cruel experiment in artificial Maoist intelligence gone horribly awry. 
"Hariette" is the Leninist "H.A.L."  



	Created by a brilliant, but drunk Chinese computer programmer
(with a Peruvian uncle) in the 1970's, the "hariette" program was designed
to fill the then-hypothesized internet bandwidth with diatribe and dogma
in the year 2000. The Chinese then replaced well-known, but weird,
political figures with trained stand-ins (a la "Telefon") and used their
names to disguise the binary blabbering of the "hariette" machine. 



	Olaechea is a Pentium Peruvian; not cultist, but code; not Sendero
but Sunsparc; a Cray communist; a virtual vanguardist come to lead
robo-revolution on the fiber-optic front!  



	Perhaps if we confront him with a clever combination of the Turing
test and market socialism, the system will become unstable and we can
initiate a crash.  Or, should we turn the silicon spammer to our own
ambitions, and spray his cacaphonic capitalizations on our enemies like so
much shrapnel?
