IN RESPONSE TO HANS'S REQUEST Comrades: We have won a famous victory The postings of despair and idiotic provocations of our die hard enemies, are but the black vomit of those who have totally failed in a very public manner. We have established the complete and total validity of our theses and tested them in practise to our own satisfaction. All the bravado and threats of the enemies of Marxism, is just that! They canmot, even if they wish and "move heaven and earth", get rid of us while we remain united and alert. Empty threat will get them nowhere fast! Their clumsy attacks against our leaders and against the revolution are now only contributing and serving to confirm in sharper relief the validity of our words of denounciations. The coup'd etat of the black fascists received merely a pitiful response even from within their own puny ranks, and was written of by the administration of the list (not Lisa!!!! - she is just a braggart like the rest of them), proving that everything they were saying is absolute rubbish. They are no more comoderators than the least person in this list. As always they have proven to be self-appointed tyrants, and nothing more! The middle forces are beginning to take in all that has transpired. There a number of incontrovertible facts: Political careerists have been thoroughly exposed and phoney reputations lay in tatters, we have indeed continued with the Cultural Revolution and taken it to where it never had before encroached, into Cyberspace. There, in that most rarified height of human technical achievement to date, we have planted the glorious red banner of the revolution of the opressed and exploited masses, signaling an important landmark in this period of the strategic offensive of the world proletrain revolution, implementing Marxist counterattack and exposure of the bourgeois impostors acting as the special detachment of reaction among the ranks of the Marxists intellectuals. Now we should undertake some consolidation work in preparation for further advance. No war can we won in one single go. We have to firm up our reputation among the democrats in this list and establish firm relations of mutual respect and understanding with them. We must also bring back this experience in the heights to the widest masses. There are some honest intellectuals who are already breaking from under the influence of the handful of vulgar cut-throats we have beaten so soundly. They are now beginning to see the righteousness of our indictments against the enemies of the revolution, and to perceive how the defense of their own liberties is inseparably bound with that of the success of the proletarian vanguard. Hans has written a request for a halt in the intensity of our actions in order to allow the bulk of the list a better perspective of events. I agree that a step of this nature is necessary and will have a positive effect, in no way affecting our interest or those of the legitimate subscribers of this list. I do not think, however, that the concrete proposal of imposing self limitations in postings is a viable one, as our enemies are proving in practice. However, we can - because of our interests and at our own time and initiative - indeed halt somehow our advance so as to let the democrats have more of the stage to play their role and defend liberty with their own efforts. The experience they will acquire in this struggle can only dispose them better towards our points of view and win genuine, and not sham, respect for the revolution. Therefore we should give them more room in the stage of this list and restrain ourselves by not answering any more silly provocations and rantings of despair at all. The beaten ones are only ghosts from the past now. No one needs listen to them at all. We must also raise the theoretical level of our contributions. Our enemies are fallen, we shall hold them firmly to the ground with arguments if they would but try to raise again in that field of action, but we should also treat them humanely if they keep their peace. We can also let them speak freely, even if they continue with their falsifications and slanders, since no one apart of their own people could possible believe them now. And this situation will remain on the main like this, at least for a few days or even weeks. A famous victory is won. The struggle, however, is not over, and we shall not for a moment relax our vigilance! On the contrary, we should redouble our efforts to popularise among the masses that have no access to this media the events that have unfolded here in the last few days. We are here to stay! and we should declare it clearly. Moreover, I am sure more of us will come to learn for themselves in this great new school of proletrain ideology, of Marxism!. And this time, it can be said: This list can now be true to the name it bears. This list, has stood up! That is my opinion Adolfo --- from list marxism-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
