The bourgeoisie are not as formally tied as in the J.P. Morgan days. The global market puts more of capitalism under the sway law instead of the state. Also, it brings the consumer into play as monopoly is harder and harder to create. The chimerical capitalists of the capital markets are only fair-weather posessors of given physical capitals. They move on when their profit stream is threatened. Local communities have the possibility of controlling the vaule of their local capitals through social action.
