Galloppin' Gina,

a quick reply on the essential point, to await you on your return:

First test of an idea: Does it correspond to reality?

Second test: Does it work in practice? (Not all ideas are
of such a nature that you can say that they can be tested
in practice).

I can name a number of important instances, in the last
20 years, in which I have tried to apply the ideas of Marx,
Lenin and Mao Zedong in practice and when applied correctly,
they've worked. Take that recent struggle we've both been involved
in: For and against the exposure of "Quispe" and also of
Chris B., London. The exposures are already beginning to have
some effects in practice, aren't they?

And the Detcom comrades just recently posted something about
one other subscriber's being quite aware of "Quispe":s lying
on certain points, and hoping that this person would act on that,
putting that person's knowledge into practice. I'd guess they
meant you, Gina, and I concur in this appeal of theirs, if it was
meant as a such.

Rolf M.
