                     REPLY TO THE NET'S NATIONAL INQUIRER "EYENET"

On behalf of his net heroe "the charlatan and snitch Adolfo Olaechea," the
counterintelliegence operative Ken Campbell (alis Zodiac) through his gossip 
column "Eyenet" has made his second scurrillious allegation against The New
Flag. Readers in the Marxist list remember that few months ago, he tried to
nail Luis and others in the editorial board of this magazine for
"allegedly asking him his credit card," he even tailored messages of
Luis and other members in the Marxist list (e,g, Michael L.) in an 
attempt to  discredit them. Later on, Zodiac acknowledged this mistake 
saying all he was doing was a "joke," "Maoists don't have sense of humor."
Once he was confronted by another member that has nothing to do with The 
New Flag for his cop work on behalf of the Ontario Hydro Power Plant of 
Canada, Zodiac withdrew from the list and openly worked to "investigate" 
The New Flag, several members of the Marxist list were interrogated in 
their homes and offices by Zodiac in order to obtain damaging (any 
mudslide) information against Luis, he even contacted the local police 
precints in New York City to inquire whether there was any on-going 
investigation against our publication.

One of the people contacted by Zodiac and used exclusively for his "dirty
work" on behalf of dry snitch Adolfo Olaechea Cahuas against The New Flag 
was the disgruntled and irrational individual Jay Jaszewski (alias Jay Miles or
bulldog.) Who is Jay Jaszewski? He is a vicious addict, first rescued 
by a fundamentalist religious preacher in Detroit working for the cops, 
then by the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) to sell its paper RW. 
However, Mr. Jaszewski was soon expelled from the RCP for "suspicious 
activities on behalf of the cops" and compulsive addiction to both 
alcohol and drugs, weaknesses that counterintelligence agents such as 
Ken Campbell or Zodiac fully exploit for his sinister plans. The New Flag 
didn't know Jaszewski's background before we allowed him to distribute the 
magazine. It is when he came to NYC to attend an event of RCP's front
Refuse and Resist, where The New Flag set up a table, that we realized of 
his erratic and criminal behavior. He showed up drunk and high at the meeting
place, he threatened with physical agresion to former RCP members and tried
to overturn a table. Without authorization, he spread out a document
"Death to Avakian" that we consider not only provocative, but a cop's work.
A comrade took him home to console him, feed and shelter him. Then, The 
New Flag removed him permanently as a its distributor. The last time we
saw Mr. Jaszewski (or Jay Miles) was during the last pro-Mumia rally in
Philadelphia (July 4th), where he was caught trying to film the leaders of
the event (Mumia coalition) and the members of the MPP-contingent present 
in the rally. 

Let's debunk Zodiac dirty work:

1.  He said that his source is Mr. Jaszewski,
but both have a motivation to slander The New Flag on behalf of the 
SIN snitch Adolfo Olaechea Cahuas. They allege that we predicted Julian's
arrest and his membership in The New Flag 20 days before he was arrested.
False! At no time, his name was mentioned by us or anyone in this list.
Our point was that Arce Borja and Olaechea are not the men Fujimori want to
be extradited for two simple reasons: Oleachea is a British citizen living
in London for more than 30 years, he works closely with the Senderologists
(agents of reaction) Strong and Zodiac and Arce Borja never was and is not
a member of the Party (all communication with him as a "friend" was cut off 
after the capitulation of Sol Peru Paris.) Therefore, the regime really wants
other opponents working around The New Flag who as a matter fact were being
followed not only by Zodiac's phone calls but by the real cops. The 
similarities for which opponents of butcher Fujimori are being jailed is
striking: One is for "renting a room" to an alleged terrorist, here we have
the case of Ms. Berenson, Nelly Evans, etc. Furthermore, the regime in its
Coup Plan, Chapter VII, 1992, clearly states: "...relatives and families of
pressumed terrorists must be arrested." Therefore, any Comrade's wife 
(term Comrade used as an affective term and not a membership in the Party,)
can suffer arrest. As a matter of fact, many relatives of members of the 
editorial board of The New Flag have suffered arrest. What is left to us?
Continue the struggle!

2. Special agent Ken Campbell alleges that the Fujimori's regime didn't
know about Julian's request for asylum. That's non-sense. Who directs
the counterinsurgency war in Peru? The U.S. government. Who funds the hooden 
judges and the special military tribunal? The U.S. government. Who funds,
advises, and train SIN and overall civilian and military intelligence? The
U.S. governenment. Then, how in the world the U.S. government can withheld
info on a "pressumed subversive seeking asylum" to its puppet regime of 
Fujimori? Even if we look only technically this situation, as a matter of
routine investigation (this is done even in cases of adoption of minor),
the INS request an official report from the Peruvian Supreme Court (at the
hands of SIN through the Peruvian Navy Intelligency, Admiral Dellepiane.)
So, under this "legal" process reference file on Julian's persecution was
most likely sent from Peru to U.S. authorities about two years ago.
Thus, Zodiac's smear against The New Flag is ridiculous.

3. Under both the asylum policy (US Law) and the extradiction treaty 
(international Law), there is a 60 day period for the US to obtain
evidence for the alleged "persecution" not only from applicant but by
the applicant's country of origin [because the bureaucratic nature this
time takes a longer time] This application was done more than 2 years ago.
Once the asylum request was denied, Fujimori requested 
extradiction. Only stupid mud throwers like Campbell and Olaechea can 
believe that Fujimori is not being informed by his master US imperialism on
assylun seekers condenming his fascist regime.
At the time Julian showed up at the INS office, it was a hearing for his
appeal and not for his original application. The chances for approval
of his appeal were very slim according to his attorneys...and not a "given"
like the brutish Zodiac invents.

As a matter of principle, The New Flag defends those persecuted by his 
ideas in the entire world, especially those Peruvians victims of the 
murderous regime of Fujimori, and this task cannot be stopped by the
diatribes of the counterintelligency agent Zodiac nor the snitch of SIN
Adolfo Olaechea Cahuas and his derailed zumbo Mr. Jaszewski (alias Jay 
Miles, the bulldog.)
