My understanding is that the PERU list is the list that has Internet access to subscribers inside of Peru, that basically everyone in Peru that is on the Internet is on it. There are many good Peruvians opposed to Fujimori in Internet that are being subjected to fascist censorship. The Fujimori dictatorship is ever increasingly antagonizing the widest sections of the people of Peru. (I am a subscriber myself, and I too have noticed what this post refers to, certain postings are messed with, other things, no problem.) -Jay Miles >Return-Path: owner-tumi-AT-kern.com >From: "Javier A. Yesterday it was with Olaechea's postings (although those of Quispe were religiously retransmitted). During election periods (the list) was down for some hours (coincidentally with the prohibition of reporting opinion polls inside Peru). Today, when we are dealing with the theme of what is behind the links of (the Spanish conglomerate TELEFONICA (newly "privatised" former state telephone company) and the monopoly (of Internet access) which is being promoted with the "non-profit making organisation". There are many more examples too..... Awright fellows, stop messing around! Javier Fernandez --- from list marxism-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
