It is indeed. Over-harakiri, you could call it."Quispe" is 
not taking the repeated advice of his co-cop Chris-B 
and ally Gallopin' Gina:

"If you're to enhance your credibility, keep quiet!"

These creeps obviously are getting nervous again. That's
a good sign. Perhaps it has to do with the  recent report 
>from the Detcom about the endorsement also by Action 
Socialiste, Canada, of the Call for the WMC.
