I spend 3 months reading everything Lenin wrote prior to "What is to Be Done" and make the case that all of today's "Marxist-Leninist" groups are doing something completely at odds with the Bolsheviks. What is the response? "How dare you, Menshevik, say such rotten things!" Trotskyism lacks rigor, intellectual discipline and the ability to dig beneath the surface. Whatever one thinks of the historical Trotsky, he was not superficial. --- from list marxism-AT-lists.village.virginia.edu ---
