current issue of Nation magazine has an article by Andrew Jennings
entitled "Ring Toss: How Olympic Insiders Betray Public Trust"...
about the slimy character of the IOC...Jennings has written a
couple of books about the Olympics...most recently, "New Lords of
the Rings: Olympic Corruption and How to Buy Gold Medals"...can be
downloaded at http://www.jennings-olympics.co.uk...same Nation issue
carries a piece on labor and the Atlanta Olympics...and there is
a review of Christopher Hill's (the British Marxist historian?) new
book "Olympic Politics"...Michael
