Of course I can bounce somebody using Perl. My question is what sort of rules apply to Foucault and what kind of rules apply to M1. Is Foucault unmoderated? Can you just go ahead and bounce somebody on any of these Spoons lists who is a pain in the ass or does the privilege only exist for those lists that are challenging "metanarratives". I took a look at the Spoons Web Page and I noticed that the Foucault list was described as an "open" list. What is the difference between an "open" list and an unmoderated list? Can I file for "open" status for M1 and write Perl scripts to purge the screwballs?
