& Democracy has some quite interesting Cuban material.

Fidel Castro, "Cuba and the End of Apartheid," [WBAI report on
Castro's 1995 visit to Harlem], 1-5.

Frank F. Taylor, "Whose World Order? Cuba vs. Pax Americana in
the Persian Gulf," 21-45.

    Some of the other material looks interesting though I haven't
read it yet: Excerpts from the 1995 Draft Strategy... of the
South African Communist party, with commentary by Peter Marcuse;
a stupid article by Dick Flacks on U.S. left strategy, but with
a couple interesting replies, and Tom Smith, "Beyond Hero Worship:
A Marxist Critique of Bolshevik Terror and its Indebtedness to
Jacobinism," 47-82.
