Louis: Funny thing about "crimes against the working class". The
Trotskyites have always gone on at length about how Stalinism is the
"syphilis" of the working class. There are crimes of commission, but there
are also crimes of omission as well.

That is the capital offense of the Fourth International and all of its
flavors: sectarianism. I was deeply involved with the defense of Nicaragua
and El Salvador during the 1980s, but saw no evidence of SWP activity. You
can sell all the god-damned copies of the Transitional Program you want,
but if you can't put your body on the line, what good are you?

Now I know that James P. Cannon-cultist Steve Bloom will say, "But the SWP
had stopped being Trotskyist." Frankly, my dear, I don't give a shit. Even
when the SWP was "Trotskyist", it squandered thousands of activists who
for reasons understood only by their mothers who could not bear a regimen
of cult discipline.

I hope you and your BIDOM raiding party are successful in carrying out
your own version of a "French turn" and can split off another 60 people
>from Solidarity and launch a cleaned-up version of the SWP. That will put
you in competition with Socialist Action, another gang of aging
dogmatists.

ps. Yeah, I know I'm a dried-up old turd myself but at least I ain't
dogmatic.
