In the interests of finding Louis somewhere he can be ahppy, I propose to 
Spoons that they establish a Louis List, strictly moderated, with access 
allowed only to people approved of by Louis, i.e. himself.

I will then raise funds for an international regroupment conference by 
running abook on how long it take him to either (a) quit the list, (b) call 
for his own expulsion, or (c) denounce the administrators for allowing so 
many 'boneheads' onto the list.
