Well, the above is very clear. That has been the position all the time.I 
guess this means that there is some magical line drawn by somebody, which 
determines what and how and if between M1 and M2. The question here is who 
holds the axe?
Who decides what M1 is and m2 is? Are M1 the bad guys or are M2 the bad guys?

I think somebody is blowing smoke rings and gets upset when asked, why all 
the smoke rings. Just come out and say it. We are building M2 and the 
following rules means that certain people need not apply, because somebody 
has decided who are parrots and who are human..

 Don't be afraid to ask about it, comrade.
        Don't let them talk you into anything
        - See for yourself!
        If you don't know it yourself
        - You just don't know it.  ...
        Check the bill
        - You'll be paying it.
        Put your finger on every item
        - Ask: How did that get here?
