Dear  friends,

Please send me the RMC docs on state caps rule . RM Papers # 12 and 13
Let me know how much you want to send them.

I knew RMCers here in LA in 1977-78 and most got burned out and went into the
SWP-US , one or two went to the old RSL.

I remember their work seemed quite well researched exposing state caps ..rule in
the former USSR, China, E. Europe, etc. Given events happening since that time,
one would have to be politically blind not to want to give them a second look!
