Subject: Cliff: Luxemburg

I see I have a "little" typo in my previous message.

I'm was referring to Cliff's book on Luxemburg, not any "little book
on Lenin" which people might scramble to look for.

To be more specific, in the first edition of _Rosa Luxemburg_, by
Tony Cliff (published as issues #2-3 of the first series of
_International Socialism_ in ??1959??), Cliff concludes that
Luxemburg was probably right in her criticisms of Lenin in
"Organizational Questions in the Russian Social Democracy". In the
second edition, the conclusion is just the opposite, with neither
explanation nor indication that the same book had a different line in
an earlier edition.

Mao Tse-Tung was given to this sort of thing, as well.

Tom
