The last time there was a major "squawk" about "the absurdly autocratic
manner Yeltsin picked to draft a constitution", Yeltsin ordered that the
parliament building be blown up. Last I heard, one of the former leaders
of the parliament was running for president (it's amazing he made it out
alive).
