Aren't Philip's questions and any potential answers to them off-topic?

I'm not sure, because I think the original off-topic lists as far as list
policy discussion are concerned were marxism1 and marxism2. But perhaps all
Spoons lists are off-topic now?

Perhaps if we could talk about experiments in contemporary ideological and
intellectual discourse without being specific we would avoid all this
on-topic off-topic fuzz?

One last question: it isn't off-topic to talk about being off-topic, is it?
