Yes, I think this is (in a nutshell) the essential difference between
anarchists/libertarians and socialists/Marxists. I should add, though,
that is important to allow some "relative autonomy of the state" since the
actions of the state are not a simple function of the "concentration of
capital and the interpenetration of capital."
