Please please please - first of all the summary was composed 
of direct quotes.  Popper wrote the essay in the format that i 
reiterated (27 theses).  I do not completely agree with Popper. 
 I think Adorno's, Gadamer's, and Habermas's critique of him 
is correct.  Positivist?  Not quite - Popper identifies himself as 
a critical rationalist which fits a bit better than positivist.  I 
posted these points for discussion - not because i'm a 
supporter.  The positivist disbute seemed to be a good place 
to start a new thread regarding method.  It was a response to 
Tom's concerns.
