Saul and all others on this list,

On a more personal note. One of the things I learned from my wife, 
Suzanne Retzinger, and from her book on quarrels (1991) is that 
disputation works best toward solving problem if one avoids personal
remarks about the other person. Its OK to say personal things about
self (I am angry, outraged, indignant, pissed off, etc) or I feel
inadequate, helpless, powerless, impotent, sad, afraid, overjoyed
etc, but not about the other. If we  limit ourselves to  remarks about the
matter, at hand, in this case, fascism, we will get along better and 
probably get further.

How about that, all you who lurk?
