It is snowing. The horns of plenty (trompettes des morts) of the forest
will be lost for this autumn.

The dropping of the fact in Hiroshima made some people doubt the fact. Yet
the disclosure of the holocaust convinces us of necessity of having a
borderline that separates fact and fiction.

Horrible fact, dreadful fiction. Is this all we are left with? Perhaps a
quote from captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise is in place:

     "Maman, do you know of these things? 
      Can you say where my ship is?"
