Dear All,

Due to a hardware upgrade for the "lists" machine at Virginia, the method-and-theory list
will be unavailable on Thursday, Sept 14 and Fri, Sept 15.  PLEASE DO NOT
POST to the method-and-theory list during this time.  We will send out a notice when
the upgrade is completed and it is safe to post again.  Sorry for the
interruption.
