and Osama Bin Laden (he is everywhere, after all -- Conrad, not Bin
Laden) for a collection to be published in 2005, the gov't will take

Well, alright then.  So if you're reading George, I would like to
register my displeasure at the sum of $87 Billion for nation
building.  Honestly, isn't that a bit much to be spending on
"nation building"?<br><br>
