The self-referential incoherency of the above proposition is only present 
if Nietzsche were speaking of truth period--"Truth" with a capital "T". If 
interpreted, as I think it should be, as a "pragmatic sort of truth" the 
proposition is not self-referentially incoherent. Obviously Nietzsche is 
not a pragmatist in the accepted sense of the term, however, his 
"perspectivism" is an equivalent thesis...

Nietzsche was not a realist in regards to truth. For Nietzsche all 
perspectives are value laden (including the perspective that all 
perspectives are value laden). He does seem to believe, however, that some 
perspectives are better than others and this is entailed by his emphasis 
on the importance of a very particular value system...Is this 
inconsistent? I'll leave that for you to puzzle out...
