Yes, that was it, "...it is precisely facts which do not exist, only
interpretations."  It's in the Portable Nietzsche, which is where I had read
it previously, but the PN _lacks_ an index, something I have rued on more
than one occassion.  So, a thousand thanks.  I'll see if I can find your
anthology, sounds quite interesting.
